The first six months of 2012 has been awesome particularly in the reading category. I’ve enjoyed three fabulous books this year that are relevant and cutting edge.
How Will You Measure Your Life? by Clayton M. Christensen. An amazing read. A wise, , intelligent, insightful book, which interweaves business concepts and theory through your career and personal life.
Positive Intelligence, Why Only 20% of Teams and individuals Achieve Their True Potential and How You Can Achieve Yours by Shirzad Chamine. Ground breaking work! It’s the next plateau for corporate America after Emotional Intelligence. If you’re committed to self-awareness as a leader and ready to launch your career to the next level, this is the book to read.
Imagine: How Creativity Works by Jonah Lehrer. If your interested in developing a more innovative work place, this is the book to read. Filled with research, real life business examples and solid, easily accessible information.
